Thailand is the world's largest exporter of rice and natural rubber, and also one of the world's five largest exporters of agricultural products. The manufacturing industries like electronic industry develops rapidly. Automobile industry is the main industry and it is the center of automobile industry in Southeast Asia and the largest car market of ASEAN. Tourism is one of the main stream of foreign exchange earnings.

Road transport and air transport are the major transportation methods in Thailand. Mekong River and Chao Phraya River are the main transport arteries for waterway transport. Usual transportation tools consist of light rail, metro, city bus, different types of bus, public taxi, Tuk Tuk, motorcycle taxis and so on.

宗教religion——是泰国的国教，90%的人信奉。因此，泰国又有"黄袍佛国"的美名。

Buddhism is the nation religion of Thailand, with 90% Buddhists, which earns Thailand a good reputation for land of Buddha in yellow robe.

节日 festival——农耕节:是泰国的重要节日，每年到农耕节时泰国都要在曼谷大王宫旁边的王家田广场举行大典。

The Plowing Day is a significant festival in Thailand. Every year, people gather at Sanam Luang beside the Bangkok Grand Palace to hold the ceremony.  

鬼节:每年都于六月中旬在黎府举行，非常受当地人民的重视，主要是向上天祈求风调雨顺，希望来年稻米丰收。

Thailand Ghast Festival：The annual Thailand Ghast Festival is held seriously in Loei by local residents in the mid June. It aims to pray for rain and rice harvest in the next year.
