芒果糯米饭

材料

糯米glutinous rice               150g

熟芒果 ripe mango                1

 

酱料

浓椰浆santan                      200ml

Pandan                             3

sugar                                 2tbsp

salt                                     1/2tsp

 

做法method

1.      酱汁:小锅内放入酱料,一小火煮至糖溶化

Saucein a sauce potcook sauceingredients over low heat until the sugar dissolves

2.      糯米,放入ih smart 煮熟

Sticky riceboil waterin a steamer

3.      趁热拌入一半酱汁

Stir in half of the sauce while its hot

4.      芒果去皮,切出果肉

Peel mango and remove the flesh from its pit

5.      将剩余的酱汁淋在糯米反上,佐芒果享用。

Pour the remaining sauce on top of the stickyrice and serve with mango.
