来自墨西哥的Mariana毕业于法国蓝带厨艺学院马德里分院，她曾在洛杉矶、马德里、哥斯达黎加居住，现移居上海。童年时代的她，对美食充满热爱，她的妈妈在制作食物时注重营养和健康，也发挥了许多创造力，唤醒了Mariana的味觉和食欲。
在经历了20年的工业工程师职业生涯，并不间断参加各种国际烹饪课程后，Mariana最终决定追逐自己的梦想，回归厨房。曾在哥斯达黎加最好的餐厅工作，如今，她将对烹饪的热情和专业知识传递给所有热爱美食的朋友们。
Mariana is a Mexican food passionate graduated from Le Cordon Blue Madrid, she used to live in LA, Madrid, Costa Rica, and she's currently in Shanghai. Her passion and dedication for food come from her mom's cuisine, which emphasis on nutrition and health. After 20 years of career as an industrial engineer, Mariana finally decided to pursue her dream and return to the kitchen. Having worked in one of the best restaurants in Costa Rica, she now passes on the culinary passion and professional expertise to all those who love food.
